24 month short term car lease based on an initial payment of £1379 followed by 23 monthly payments taken by Direct Debit, additional charges may apply to alternative payment methods. Alternative profiles are available including 3+, 2+ and 1+, written quotations available on request. The initial payment can be made via BACS, CHAPS or Credit/Debit cards including AMEX. Monthly Direct Debit payments will commence approx. 1 month from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The day of the month can be altered by contacting accounts, a pro-rata payment may be required to bring the dates in-line.

This is a fixed short-term car lease contract and cannot be terminated early without penalties and cannot be extended without written permission before the end of the agreement. We also offer Flexible Car Leasing and Car Subscription contracts, if you can’t commit to a fixed period and would like flexibility in your car lease.The vehicle must be returned in a condition as set out in our RETURN STANDARDS, any repairs must be carried out by a manufacturer approved bodyshop or supplier and guaranteed. As the hirer you are responsible for all sub-standard repairs. The return conditions of all short term car leases are detailed within the contract. PLEASE NOTE. Rental and Short Term Car Lease vehicles are not applicable to BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines, we do follow the BVRLA’s Rental Code of Conduct. The vehicle must come back within the agreed contracted mileage and additional mileage will be charged as per the Excess Mileage charge on the agreement.

Charges and Admin fee’s will be applied to your account for Road Traffic Offences, Penalty Charge notices, Congestion Charges, Late Payment Fee’s and Bounced Direct Debits, all of which are listed within our agreements, a specimen copy of our charges can be read here: ADVICE OF CHARGES. If you have an electric short-term car, you may be required to register your vehicle for free city access, low emission zones or congestion charges. Delivery is Free of Charge in England and Wales, additional delivery costs may be charged for Scotland. Return of the vehicle is free of charge back to our specified de-fleet centre, where available. Collection is charged as per the contract from the point of collection to the specified de-fleet centre. We no longer charge a credit card processing fee for initial payments taken by Credit, Debit or American Express cards.

Additional Contract Details: Short-Term Car and Van leases from this supplier are generally brand new or pre-registered with delivery mileage (unless informed otherwise). All Short-Term Car Leases from this supplier are UK supplied vehicles.

If the vehicle has app functionaility, some or all of the features may be unavailable due to the nature of the service offered. You will only receive 1 key with the vehicle.

Maintenance/Warranty: Short Term Fixed Car Leases do not come with maintenance or tyre provision as standard and is optional, you will be given the option to add this on the order form, it is not mandatory. Please ask a member of our short term sales team for a price. All vehicles come with full manufacturers warranty and manufacturers 24hr Breakdown Assistancebreakdown assistance. Road Fund Licence is included for the duration of the contract. Breakdown Assistance is included with the vehicles as set out by the manufacturer. No courtesy car is supplied whilst the vehicle is at dealer.

Vehicles from this supplier have a maximum total mileage restriction of 2,000 miles per calendar month, which can be quoted accordingly. If your mileage requirement is over this, we suggest you look at Flexible Car Leases or a Car Subscription where we can offer up to 6,000 miles per calendar month. This is usually 50% for rental elements and 100% for maintenance elements. Company Car Tax may be applicable, please contact your accountant or your employer. If this is a company car, the end user may be liable to pay a Benefit-in-Kind tax.

Rentals may change if VAT rate changes during the agreement.

Individuals must be 18 years or over. A guarantee maybe required. All rentals are subject to credit scoring, alternative terms and/or guarantees maybe required. If you are an Expat/Start-up Business customer, these fixed vehicles may not be available to you due to credit scoring and supplier restrictions.

Return Conditions on Short Term Program’s differ from those vehicles on traditional contract hire.

Therefore, we like to be transparent about how the car/van needs to be returned.

Alternative terms may be offered depending on your credit status. If you are classed as Non-Status, New Start-Business or an Expat Car Lease we charge a Documentation Fee of at least £599.00 + VAT. A refundable deposit may be requested by our underwriters. All terms are non-negotiable, but you are under no obligation to accept the terms offered. You may be restricted to the vehicles offered.

At the end of you contract, if you are having a new car from Lakeland Fleet Management on the same day, collection is free or charge. You can return the car back the the specified de-fleet centre (if available) or if you are not replacing your car and require collection, our team can provide you with a quote.
